Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us if you have any questions about our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Our custom products come with a 5 year warranty but are not refundable under this refund policy.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
– The product was purchased in the last 30 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product is not damaged or altered in any way
– You’ve contacted us and discussed the reason for your return

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable only in the event the product has been damaged.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunded.

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania inside the United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflict of laws. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. Dry Erase Designs can revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. Dry Erase Designs products and services are available in many parts of the United States. However, the Dry Erase Designs site may describe products and services that are not available nationally. This site may be linked to other sites, which are not maintained by Dry Erase Designs. Dry Erase Designs is not responsible for the content of those sites.
