Reality business needed to track accounts and property at a glance. They customized their own whiteboard. It has seven columns and checkbox for PAID accounts. At a glance they can see who is delinquent, the properties, the tenants and when the date of the lease expires, so they can keep an eye on accounts payable. We actually designed two slightly separate boards for two different places.
Upon receiving the whiteboard and using it a short while… this is what they emailed us:
“Thanks guys. This is the best thing ever! Quick visual accounting of my properties, tenants and who’s delinquent.
Looking forward to getting another one. I just have to start another business or something.”
