Coca-Cola Shrink Performance Tracking Whiteboards

These custom printed, magnetic dry erase boards, were created for Coca-Cola Bottling Company, for use throughout many of their distribution warehouses, throughout the country. The goal of these whiteboards was to track their shrink on a monthly, yearly, and previous year format. The custom design allowed them the opportunity to not only track the shortage results, but also gave them room to communicate additional issues, comments, and allowed them space to plan future projects.
